FMGE December 2025: NBEMS Officially Announces Dates & Venue for Certificate Distribution
Documents Required for Certificate Collection
Candidates are required to carry the original documents as mentioned in the information bulletin. Verification of identity is done using biometrics or face recognition.
Candidates must also fill out a self-declaration form and bring it at the time of certification collection. Candidates are required to download and print the entry slip in advance to collect the certificate.

Change in Alloted Date/Time
Candidates are not allowed to collect their pass certificates on any other date or time without prior permission.
A request must be made via NBEMS Communication Web Portal by April 14, 2026, if a candidates need to change their schedule.
What is the Last Date To Collect FMGE Pass Certificate?
Candidates must collect their certificates within a period of six months from the date of results declaration, that is, before 9 July 2026.
If the candidate fails to collect the certificate within the assigned time period, their candidature will be cancelled.

Important Details for Candidates
- Pass certificates will be issued only after the original documents are verified
- Certificates will not be issued to any authorised representative
- Candidates must read and duly fill out the self-declaration form before arriving at the centre to collect the certificate
- Travel arrangements must be made in advance, and identity verification must be kept in mind
