With the goal of team building, uncovering new avenues for growth, and evaluating the successes and hurdles of the previous year, the Ashiraj MBBS team traveled to Shimla for their Annual Meet 2023, held from 11th March 2023 to 14th March 2023.
The 3-day trip was designed not only for the team to review past accomplishments but also to map out preparation and success strategies for the upcoming admission cycle. Attendees included Ashiraj MBBS leadership: Prof. S.K. Washim (Chairman, Ashiraj MBBS), Air Marshal Dr Pawan Kapoor (Vice Chairman, Ashiraj MBBS), Mr Syed I. Rigan (Managing Director, Ashiraj MBBS), Dr Dinesh Singla (Director, Ashiraj MBBS), and others.
Throughout the sessions, the staff identified areas for enhancement to better serve and provide a smoother, more convenient experience for prospective medical students and their families across India. The gathering brought together over 20 pan-India branches of Ashiraj MBBS under a single roof to share their triumphs and challenges while offering constructive feedback.
The event was also meant to unite the team while acknowledging and honoring their dedication over the past year. Staff members received various honors for their hard work, including the Budding Award, Special Contribution Award, Pinnacle Award, and Top Performer of The Year, among others.
Participants enjoyed numerous activities such as a styled ramp walk, departmental dance routines, trivia contests, karaoke, and a DJ night. This getaway offered employees a welcome break from their regular schedules, revitalizing them to deliver their highest performance in the upcoming admission season.
The three-day conference wrapped up on a positive note for everyone, successfully achieving its goal of inspiring the staff to reflect, learn, develop, and excel in their duties, thereby helping Ashiraj MBBS jointly discover new levels of success.
